How long does a turnstile installation take?
A standard single-lane optical turnstile installation takes 4โ8 hours. A 4-lane corporate lobby installation typically takes 1โ2 days. Full-height perimeter installations are scoped individually based on site conditions. We coordinate with your facilities team to schedule installations during off-hours or weekends to minimize disruption.
Do you service turnstiles from other manufacturers?
Yes. Our certified technicians service and repair turnstiles from all major manufacturers including Boon Edam, Gunnebo, Fastlane, Alvarado, Hayward, and others. We stock common replacement parts and can typically complete repairs within 24โ48 hours of a service call.
What does your maintenance contract include?
Our preventive maintenance contracts include bi-annual on-site inspections, lubrication and mechanical adjustment, firmware updates, sensor calibration, and priority response for emergency service calls. Contracts are available on 1-year and 3-year terms with fixed annual pricing.
What is your emergency response time?
For clients with active maintenance contracts, we guarantee a 4-hour response time for emergency service calls during business hours and 8-hour response time after hours. For non-contract clients, we target next-business-day response. Remote diagnostics via our monitoring portal can often resolve issues without an on-site visit.
Do you provide training for facility staff?
Yes. Every installation includes a 2-hour staff training session covering daily operation, emergency override procedures, basic troubleshooting, and access control system integration. We also provide written operations manuals and video training resources.
